• No Writing the Secret Word: You must draw the concept using visual shapes and colors. Writing the word as text or spelling letters on the canvas ruins the game for others and can result in immediate room votekicks.
• No Harassment or Inappropriate Drawings: Drawing vulgar, hateful, or obscene imagery is strictly prohibited.
• No Automated Cheats or Bots: Using automated optical character recognition (OCR), dictionary injection scripts, or network flooding tools is strictly forbidden and protected by server-side rate limits and edge bot filters.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All site designs, software architecture, audio effects, logos, and serverless Cloudflare Workers code are the exclusive intellectual property of DrawGamePlay and protected under applicable copyright and international treaties.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties
