When you join a drawing room, you pick a temporary nickname and an avatar for the duration of the match. No personally identifiable information (PII) is requested, captured, or stored on our servers.

2. Browser Local Storage (Cookies & Cache)

We use browser localStorage solely to enhance your local gaming experience. The following preferences remain strictly on your own device:

• Nickname & Avatar Customization: Saves your chosen player nickname and modular avatar colors so you don't have to reconfigure them each visit.
• Sound Settings: Remembers your mute/unmute audio preference.
• XP & Play Streak: Tracks your local round victories and daily activity streaks.

You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data or cookies.

3. Multiplayer Chat & Child Safety (Family-Friendly Environment)

DrawGamePlay is created for players of all ages, including kids, families, and school groups. To maintain a wholesome environment:

• Automated Chat Sanitization: In-game text inputs are continuously sanitized to block profanity, offensive language, and malicious code (XSS).
• Instant Votekick Moderation: Room participants can initiate a vote to remove any player violating community standards.
• No Persistent Chat Logs: Chat messages exist only in transient memory during the active game round and are erased when the room closes.

4. Cloudflare Edge Security & Network Logs

Our service runs on Cloudflare Workers edge architecture. Transient network logs (such as IP addresses) are processed solely for volumetric DDoS mitigation, bot defense, and rate limiting to keep the game online and responsive. These logs are not used for user profiling or tracking.

5. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) & GDPR

DrawGamePlay complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, nor do we run behavioral cross-site tracking.
